Shared Branching
Shared branching allows PATFCU members to transact financial transactions at credit union offices throughout the United States. Members will receive real time credit and balances, just as if being in our lobby. For current list of participating credit unions, please visit https://co-opcreditunions.org or call 1-888-SITE-CO-OP (888-748-3266). In order to transact business, our members will need to know their account number and provide valid picture identification (preferably drivers license or state issued identification card).
Online Access
Online Access enables you to retrieve your balances, see what checks have cleared (and images of those checks), and much more. Online Access is available 24 hours a day and 365 days a year.
You'll Never Catch Us Phishing!
Internet "phishing" scams are one of the fastest growing frauds today. If you get an e-mail message asking you to verify personal information, it didn't come from your credit union, our regulatory agency (NCUA) or any other company affiliated with our credit union (such as CUNA)!
We'll never send you a letter or e-mail asking for you account numbers, usernames, passwords, or Social Security number. If you get a message like that - don't bite! Instead, call your credit union to find out how to protect yourself from identity theft.
MASTERCARD SECURECODE
As an added feature of your PATFCU MasterCard, you may now sign up for a SecureCode for your purchases online. A SecureCode is an added security feature that helps to reduce online credit card fraud.
